How VISA Makes Money?

It's simple, Visa makes money every time you swipe your Visa credit card. VISA process the transaction between the shop and the bank. Every transaction has a tiny "interchange" fee for VISA. This fee is sometimes shared with the your bank.

Visa Foreign Transaction

Every time you use your Visa card for another currency, there is a foreign transaction fee attached to it. It all depends on your banks fee structure. Most of the times you will be paying 2-3% on top of the Visa interchange rate.
